8 Sessions: £280

The 8 session package is spread over 4-weeks, of 2, 1-hour sessions per week.

Package Includes:

12 Sessions: £330

The 12 session package is spread over 4-weeks, of 3, 1-hour sessions per week.

Package Includes:

  • Periodised Training Programme.

  • Nutrition Package.

  • Nutrition/Meal Guides.

  • Individualised Calories & Macronutrients.

  • Regular check-ins for Bodyfat % & Body Measurements.

4 Sessions: £200

The 4 session package is spread over 4-weeks, of 1, 1-hour session per week.

This package is primarily for the individual training solo & with the one session per week would be used for check-ins.

Package Includes:

  • Reviewing the current & previous week.

  • Reviewing training & programme.

  • Reviewing nutrition, calories & macros.

  • Taking body-fat percentage & measurements.

Training Package Breakdown

12 & 8 training packages:

  • Periodised training programme that outlines your fitness goals through a set time frame, for example, a 12-week training programme would be planned, structuring every step of your training for progressive development towards your goals.

  • The nutrition package will include a variety of options for breakfast, lunch, dinner & snacks while outlining all the nutritonal information towards each food, this will begin to educate you on the foods you consume.

    Combined with the nutrition package will be your nutrition plan, the plan will outline your personal calories & macronutrients in relation to your goals & most importantly to your training & will also include a shopping list for consideration towards healthier options & when planning your own meals.

  • Regular review of your daily/weekly nutrition & would be adapted accordingly in relation to your life/work balance, & training.

  • Regular check-ins for analysis such as BodyFat % & body measurements.

  • Support & guidance throughout your training - utilise the time to learn and develop your nutrition & fitness, understanding training regimes as well as how to plan and structure your own meals.

  • CONSULTATION FORM.

4 session package:

  • The key aspect to this package, would be the weekly 1-2-1 check-ins, these check-ins would be used to discuss & review the previous week, how you are managing with the training & any issues or benefits you may have towards training as well as your nutrition intake & plans. Body measurements & bodyfat percentage would be taken during the check-in process for progression & tracking.

  • Check-ins would also provide coaching towards form & technique of exercises you will be performing within your training programme.

  • The above packages, such as nutrition plan & nutrition package would also be included.

Training & Nutrition Package: £80

This training & nutrition package will outline your own personal daily calories & macronutrients in accordance to your fitness goals, which will be provided in your training programme.

You will have a consultation for information to be gathered regarding your personal goals & the nutrition package would be created around the information provided; questions such as, your current nutrition & eating habits, current fitness & what your goals from both areas will be etc.

Your nutrition plan would be created around a method suited towards your fitness goals, whether for weight loss or muscle gain & the same will be taken into account when creating your training programme, focused to your ideal goals.

It is important to understand the nutrition package is for guidance towards your health & fitness goal, but most importantly, educating you towards healthier options of foods, their nutrition value, meals options & planning your own meals but provides a variety of meal options & menu examples you can follow, but take into account they are not specific to individual preferences.

This package will offer & provide:

  • Training programme - created specifically around your ideal goals.

  • Breakdown of your calories & macronutrients.

  • Variety of foods & meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner & snack.

Nutrition Programme Guide E-book: IN PROGRESS

My e-book is a nutrition guide that has been created and focused towards individuals who struggle with understanding their calories and macronutrients, including how to plan and prepare their own nutrition programmes - a beginners guide you could say, towards nutrition and meal planning.

The e-book provides sections on how to understand key goals, such as weight loss, building strength & muscle & how to maintain your results along with how to understand & build your own nutrition plan around your goals.

Also included are various selections of food choices & meal plan examples to help towards your knowledge & education towards foodds as well as a shopping list to get you started with planning your meals.

Concluding with a resistance training section that outlines key exercises to consider, training programme summary and a 4-week programme session plan. The resistance training outlined in the book has been planned around a basic starting point to training, the importance is to understand the programme design, keep it simple & take into account the muscles being worked & intensity. Similiar to the purpose of this e-book, the training section should be used as an example for your own training.

At no time are the food selections provided, the nutrtional meal plans displayed & the training section, specifically created for your own personal use; however, you can certianly use the examples as a guide towards your own meal plans & training as a starting point but understand there are many variety foods & meals available that are not mentioned in this e-book as well as resistance training areas.
