Pushing to create a Stronger, Harder & Faster Performance.

My training is a combination of various aspects of fitness, more so, Strength & Conditioning and CrossFit style training – building strength whilst actively moving the body faster to enhance better performance.

My prime focus is towards the overall performance of fitness and strength which is established through various training cycles for progression and development, such as: strength, endurance, conditioning, functional etc – what ever the goal may be, cycles of training are incorporated as an outcome in order to continue progression, but maintains one key objective which is to increase performance while simultaneously developing other areas.

Incorporating explosive power training to develop and grow strength whilst conditioning the body, whether for weight loss, muscle/strength building or body recomposition – involving intensive, dynamic movements, pushing the body harder and faster.

This has been my main objective as a trainer, towards my own personal practice as well as for clients

Strength & Conditioning

I have come to love and appreciate the benefits of what strength & conditioning can establish towards training & fitness goals. Taking key S&C exercises & combining these into different elements of training towards certain programme cycles - cycles that focus on specific training goals such as strength, endurance strength, body composition; varied depending on the type of goal.

Including movements (but not restricted to) -

  • Deadlifts.

  • Cleans.

  • Snatches.

  • Jerks.

  • Overhead Squats.

  • Thrusters.

If you are keen on developing not only your strength but your fitness performance, conditioning work is integral, as it utilises & combines the elements of strength & performance through high-intensive resistance training, from olympic lifts to functional exercises.

Kettlebell Training

Kettlebells are & can be an effective piece of equipment (if used correctly) to develop your strength and conditioning. Providing not only strength, but also the use of explosive power and speed to your training, resulting in conditioning your body, which in turn, can make you power through intesnsive weight training without becoming so fatigued - as your body will be condtioned to the level of your performance, therefore, allowing for higher training to be made.

You could consider Kettlebells similar to olympic weight and power lifting - they offer dynamic appraoches to training & skill of movement, which results in establishing & developing many benefits to your fitness, such as: strength, conditioning, power training and speed as well as all matters of functional strength.

Resistance Band Workout

Ressitance bands will never truly have the most effective benefits that weights offer, however, utilise the most out of them. I use Bands more for a general full body workout, allowing for good movements for the joints and muscles, as well as working on core and functionality.
