Training:
My personal fitness aesthetic incorporates many elements, predominately, a combination between Strength & Conditioning with a CrossFit/Metabolic style of training - pushing to enhance both strength & fitness, while conditioning the body to increase performance, resulting in harder & stronger training.
Nutrition:
My nutrition section provides examples of my Nutrition Package & mini nutrition E-book, as well as an array of varied meals to motivate & show that even the simplest of meals can be effective & does need to become tediously tasteless. The meals provided in this section are also the meals used within the nutritional guides to exemplify meal planning & simplicity, along with quantity measures for each meal.

Become a Personal Trainer:
I am also a PT Mentor at BODYCORE Training - I mentor & guide aspiring individuals wanting to become Personal Trainers & upon joining, if selecting ‘PT Mentor Lead Course’, then I would take you through the course (or another mentor in your city) & educate you an various aspects of training, advanced techniques, nutrition etc, as well as preapring you for your training assessment.
